Well, I have been oogling over all these different flower tutorials for so long that I finally found made the time to make one!
I followed this tutorial from Rhonna Designs and used brocade and organza fabrics. The center is a variety of beads I sewed in and eventually super glued just to make sure they would stay right where I put them because the center beads were stacked on top of the outer layer.
I ended up giving this one to my mom for Mother's Day (a little late) and am working on a pink one for myself. I can't wait to finish it and start spicing up my wardrobe- it's in dire need!
